Where does my order ship from?
Your B2 ships from our supplier's warehouse in California to any address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How do I charge it?
The B2 charges over USB-C with a USB PD 3.0 charger, the same type many laptops use. A 100 W charger gives the fastest charge, about 1.5 hours. Lower-wattage chargers also work but take longer.
Can I return it?
If your B2 arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us photos or a video with your order number and we'll arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
Change-of-mind returns, including color changes, aren't accepted for the B2, so please choose your color carefully. See our return policy and warranty policy for full details.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes per charge. Runtime depends on speed mode, water conditions and how you ride. The battery is removable, so you can swap in a charged spare between sessions.
Is the B2 good for beginners and kids?
Yes, it's made for recreational use. Start in Standard mode in calm, shallow water and use the progressive trigger to control your speed. Children and less confident swimmers should always have direct adult supervision. The B2 is not a flotation or lifesaving device.
How deep can it go?
The device is rated to 60 meters (about 197 feet). That is the scooter's rating, not a safe diving depth for you. Always stay within your own training, certification and dive plan.
Can I take it on a plane?
The battery is rated at 126 Wh. Lithium batteries between 100 and 160 Wh usually need airline approval, and rules vary by airline. Check with your airline before you fly.
