For customers who want more power margin and thermal stability, we also offer a complete 144V drive system developed for mini jet boats. The system is rated at 35kW, with peak power up to 75kW, and includes the motor, liquid-cooled controller, 160mm jet pump, dashboard, and full wiring harness.

From an engineering perspective, the 144V platform allows strong torque output (up to 150 N·m peak) while keeping phase current under control, which helps with efficiency and pump matching. The system is IP67 rated and designed for continuous marine operation.

For saltwater applications, we recommend adding an internal circulation water pump to isolate the cooling loop and improve long-term reliability. For freshwater lakes or inland waters, this additional pump is not required, as the standard cooling setup is sufficient.
